IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THIS WEBSITE, IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

4. Product Warranty

blackandbluejewelry.com assures that all merchandise should be free of factory defects and will accept returns for repair, or replacement at blackandbluejewelry.com's sole discretion.  Abusive wear, a dulling of polished surfaces, and scratches are examples of factors not covered by the warranty.  Engraving negates any warranty and at best a replacement could be supplied should a factory defect occur.  Attempts to secure repair or refurbishment outside of blackandbluejewelry.com authorized centers could result in a void of warranty. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required for service.  A fee may be required to subsidize shipping and operational costs.

5. Returns

Black&Blue will accept returns and issue refunds if the product is returned in brand new condition no more than 5 business days from purchase.  Products must be received at the return address with shipment tracking, in that time to confirm receipt.  Any exception to this policy would need to be in written form before product ships from Black&Blue to the intended recipient.

6. Representation

Black&Blue employs the use of this site for marketing purposes.  What is offered for sale might not actually be in stock and available.  By viewing the site and attempting to purchase an item no contract to sell, or deliver the item is assumed.  Should a purchase be made and the item not be available for any reason the purchase price and shipping cost will be refunded at the purchasers request.

7.Solicitation

Any attempts to use this site and the information on this site to solicit and or use as grounds for legal action would be considered a breach of the intended purpose of the site.
