Returns, Refunds and Shipping


Returns: If you order a piece from us, receive it, and want to return it unused, we will happily refund 100% of the purchase price.

Simply contact us via email and let us know you will be returning the item.  We will issue the refund upon receipt.

Warranty: Good craftsmanship is one of our hallmarks.  However, should one of our pieces fall apart, or not function as it should due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it, or replace it with something of equal, or greater value for free.  Proof of original purchase is non transferable and required to redeem any service request under the warranty umbrella.  Any and all requests for repair, or replacement must be approved by Black&Blue (the company) prior to being accepted for service.  The company must reserve the right, and does so, to reject service at it's discretion.  In an effort to curb perfidious attempts to obtain merchandise, counterfeiting and theft the company does not intend to usurp warranty privileges from those who qualify.

Shipping: we offer a free shipping option to all 50 states with purchase.  We generally use the USPS first class service for our free shipping.  Typically that will be a 2-7 shipping period.  Expedited options are available at a small premium.
